Knowledge and Skills:

1. Background in finance, accounting, or legal disciplines.
2. Familiarity with credit business processes and supply chain finance.
3. Understanding of import/export taxation and tax rebate processes.
4. Knowledge of supply chain workflows and risk points.
5. Strong risk control and management capabilities with insights into macroeconomic and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for pre-control projects, providing technical analysis and control measures.
2. Monitor ongoing business activities, including implementation, handling exceptions, and overdue collections, while providing timely risk alerts and mitigation strategies.
3. Propose risk optimization suggestions for existing and potential projects or business models.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or related fields, with 3-5 years of experience.
2. Familiarity with corporate accounting standards and tax regulations.
3. Proficiency in financial software and strong report analysis skills.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, coordination, and communication abilities.
5. Experience in listed companies or supply chain firms is preferred.
6. Knowledge of Hong Kong tax regulations is an advantage.
7. Personal traits: meticulous, steady, logical, optimistic, and outgoing.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage bank foreign exchange accounts, including opening, modification, and closure.
2. Research and communicate foreign exchange management policies.
3. Handle international trade documentation and review foreign trade contract terms.
4. Process international settlements and coordinate import letters of credit.
5. Audit and process documents related to incoming and outgoing letters of credit.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, finance, or related fields.
2. CET-6 level English proficiency with strong reading and writing skills.
3. At least 2 years of finance-related experience, with expertise in foreign exchange transactions and international settlements.
4. Familiarity with foreign trade business workflows and international finance policies.
5. Strong communication and learning abilities, team spirit, and a proactive attitude.
